Vic Brew’s story begins in Africa, where he spent his childhood surrounded by the rich diversity of cultures and traditions.

Growing up, Vic was drawn to the power of storytelling, from the oral histories passed down through generations to the vibrant narratives of his community. These early experiences shaped his deep appreciation for authentic stories that unite people and foster understanding.

As a young athlete, Vic developed the discipline, determination, and resilience that would carry him through many of life’s challenges. Sports not only taught him the value of consistency and hard work but also gave him a competitive edge that he would later bring into his career. His early years in Africa instilled in him a passion for exploration, eventually leading him to travel to over 30 countries, broadening his worldview and deepening his commitment to inclusivity, unity, and respect across cultures.

In the middle of his journey, Vic’s pursuit of knowledge and innovation led him to the world of technology. After earning his Master’s Degree in Data Science from American University, he landed a role at the renowned software company GitLab, where he immersed himself in the tech industry. During his time at GitLab, Vic honed his skills in social media marketing, data analytics, and project management, gaining valuable experience in navigating the digital world. This period in tech gave him a unique blend of creativity and technical expertise, positioning him to thrive at the intersection of data, storytelling, and digital innovation.

Vic’s passion for storytelling, combined with his technical background, led him to found Gold Coast Productions, where he has built a career as an actor, producer, and content creator. His global travels and diverse experiences inform his creative work, allowing him to craft content that reflects the voices and perspectives of the communities he serves. As a producer, he’s worked on multiple projects, including the “NoHo” TV series on Amazon Prime, in collaboration with three-time Emmy Award-winning director Dr. Louis Jones, and the film “North of Hollywood,” which aired at the Cannes Film Festival in 2024.

In addition to his work in content creation, Vic’s acting career has flourished. He has starred in TV series on platforms like Netflix, Hulu, and BET, sharing the screen with A-list talent such as Rachel McAdams, Michael Jai White, and Brad Pitt. As a member of the Producers Guild of America (PGA), the Television Academy (TVA), and the Screen Actors Guild (SAG), Vic is deeply involved in the entertainment industry, committed to telling stories that resonate and inspire.

Today, Vic Brew stands at the crossroads of creativity and technology, blending his background in data science, global perspective, and passion for storytelling to create impactful content. Whether producing films, acting in major television series, or consulting for brands, his mission remains clear: to use the power of stories to bring people together, inspire change, and create a legacy that reflects the beauty of diversity and unity.
